Yes — as long as we haven’t started preparing it.
Just placed an order?
You’ve got up to 1.5 hours from when your confirmation email landed to cancel your order.
Recurring subscription?
You’ve got until 10 am (UK time) on the day the order was placed.
To cancel, click ‘View my order’ in your confirmation email — if you’re still within the window, you’ll see the option to cancel there.
Missed the window?
Don’t worry — we’ll happily issue a prepaid returns label so you can send any unwanted products back to us for a refund. Just note: we don’t offer exchanges, so you’ll need to place a new order if you’d like something else.
