Yes — but only if your order hasn’t entered preparation.
Just placed an order?
You’ve got up to 1.5 hours from when your confirmation email landed to update your address.
Recurring subscription?
You’ve got until 10 am (UK time) on the day the order was placed to update your address
To make a change, click ‘View my order’ in your confirmation email. If you’re still within the window, you’ll be able to update your details there.
Missed the window?
Once your order’s in preparation, we’re unable to make changes — but you can always return it to us for a refund. We’ll happily issue a prepaid returns label.
