We get it — sometimes plans change, or you spot a mistake just after ordering. While we pride ourselves on dispatching orders at top speed, there’s a short window where you can make changes.
Subscription orders
You have until 9am on the day your order was placed to make any edits.
To make changes, click ‘View My Order’ in your confirmation email.
Make sure you’re updating this specific order — editing your subscription on the subscription portal only changes future deliveries.
One-time purchases
You’ve got 1.5 hours from when your confirmation email arrived to make any updates.
Simply click ‘View My Order’ in your confirmation email.
Once your order is dispatched, we’re unable to stop it mid-delivery.
Missed the window?
Not to worry — we’re happy to issue a prepaid returns label so you can send any unwanted products back to us. Just so you know, we don’t offer exchanges, so you’ll need to place a new order for your preferred items.
