How do I use the AKT 30 Day Money Back Guarantee?Updated 2 months ago

In order to claim a refund under the AKT 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, you will need to provide us with sufficient feedback using this feedback form within 30 days of receiving the item.  This is to allow us to continually improve our products so that we can understand the reason you wish to use our guarantee.

The AKT 30 Day Money Back Guarantee applies only if you’ve trialled the products for a minimum of 14 days. 

Where we request you to do so (which remains at our sole discretion), you will need to arrange the return of the AKT London products (at your own cost) to:

FAO AKT Returns,

Northampton, 

NN3 9UD, 

United Kingdom

This must be done within five days of notifying AKT. We may alternatively ask you to dispose responsibly of the product if we do not require it to be returned.

DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM without having received an official response from our Front of House team — after you’ve submitted the above form. 

All refunds will be made to the payment method used during your original purchase unless this is not possible under your payment provider’s terms and conditions. If you paid by gift card (or similar), a refund will be made by the same means.
