Good news: claiming is easy.

1. The guarantee is available to UK and US store customers only.

2. Fill out this feedback form within 30 days of receiving your balm. This helps us learn and improve, because your feedback is pure gold.

3. You must have given it at least 14 days of stage time before submitting your claim.

Depending on your case (we’ll let you know!), you may need to return the balm to us (at your own cost) within five days of approval — or we might ask you to dispose of it responsibly instead.

Important: Don’t return anything until you’ve had the official thumbs up from our Front of House team.

Refunds are always made to your original payment method (including gift cards), unless your payment provider’s policies prevent this.
