Is it possible to exchange a product?Updated a year ago

We don't currently offer exchanges on orders. However, if the product is returned and received in its original condition, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order, we can issue you a refund to then repurchase.

If you would like to do this, please contact our Front of House team via this contact form and select 'Return' from the dropdown as the subject. Make sure you include your order number and reason for the return in the contact form message.
