My order arrived damaged!Updated 2 months ago

This is not good at all and we're so sorry that this has happened. 

We know that from time to time some orders may get damaged in transit. Whilst the chances of this happening is small, it can still happen for various reasons outside of our control. If we could deliver our products by hand to every customer we would.

Ensure you attach photos of both the outer and product packaging to help our Front of House team investigate and resolve your issue efficiently.
