We will only accept returns and a claim under the AKT 30 Day Money Back Guarantee from the person who directly purchased the AKT product. The promise isn’t transferable.
The AKT 30 Day Money Back Guarantee only applies to our 50ml Deodorant Balms and not any of our other products.
If your application applies to a product(s) purchased on a subscription, which has benefitted from our subscription discounts and free shipping, you will receive a refund MINUS the cost of what you would have paid for shipping if you had purchased the product as a “one-off” purchase.
The AKT 30 Day Money Back Guarantee only applies to the customers first order.
The AKT 30 Day Money Back Guarantee only applies to orders made from our UK store.

AKT reserves the right to refuse a refund under the AKT 30 Day Money Back Guarantee if:

You haven’t trialled the products for a minimum of 14 days.
You don’t provide us with sufficient feedback about the product(s) you are returning.
You re-purchase a product you have previously been refunded for.
AKT considers that a customer is disproportionately or excessively using the AKT 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, or your behaviour suggests you are abusing its use (whether fraudulently or otherwise). We will always act reasonably in deciding whether to refuse a refund under the AKT 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
The AKT 30 Day Money Back Guarantee only applies once per product range.
The order was placed before the AKT 30 Day Money Back Guarantee was live on our site. Start date: 29/08/2023.

AKT reserves the right to amend or withdraw the AKT 30 Day Money Back Guarantee promise at any time without notice. However, AKT will honour refunds for all sales prior to the amendment or withdrawal (subject always to the exceptions set out above). The AKT 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is not in itself a product warranty.
