• If you ordered via subscription, we’ll refund you minus what shipping would’ve cost for a one-off order.

• Only the person who placed the original order can make a claim.

• We can only offer one refund per product range.

• Orders must have been placed after 29 August 2023.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests if:
