What happens if I am not home to receive my order?Updated a year ago

You'll be pleased to hear that we have designed our boxes to fit through all standard sized letterboxes. This means that the courier should be able to post this directly through your door or into your letterbox if you're not home. 

That said, any larger orders these will not be able to be posted. For obvious reasons. 

Some of our couriers may leave your order in a safe place from time to time. This could be with a neighbour, in your communal postal area or hidden out of sight. This will be disclosed on the tracking itself.
