Make sure you read the below information and include your order number and reason for the return in the contact form message.
Changed your mind?
No problem. If you ordered directly from us, you have a statutory "cooling off period" of 14 days from the day your order arrives to send it back for a full refund - no reason needed.
The only exception is that the right does not apply to our sealed hygiene products, if the seal has been broken (more below).
Want a little longer?
On top of your 14-day right, we offer a goodwill returns window of 30 days from delivery. To use the extra time, the product just needs to be unopened and as new.
Sealed hygiene products
Some of our products are sealed for health and hygiene reasons. For these items, your right to change your mind doesn't apply once the seal has been broken, and we won't be able to offer a refund, as they can't be resold safely. While the seal is still intact, you're welcome to return them within 14 days for a full refund (including standard postage).
Returning a set
If you're sending back a set (like the Discovery Set), please return the complete set. The same rules apply to what's inside: any sealed hygiene item that's been opened can't be refunded, but the rest can be returned and refunded (minus opened hygiene goods) within the 14 days.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect?
This is separate from changing your mind, and these rights aren't affected by anything above. If something turns up faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, you're entitled to a refund or replacement - whether or not it's been opened - and we'll cover the cost of getting it back to us. Just get in touch and we'll put it right.
What you'll get back
A full refund covers what you paid for the product plus standard delivery to you. If you chose a faster paid delivery option, we'll refund the standard rate rather than the upgrade.
Return postage
If you ordered directly and you're in the UK, returns are on the house. We're not able to offer free returns on international orders just yet — we're working on it — so for now international return postage is at your own cost.
Bought from somewhere else?
If you bought our products from a third party (e.g. a retailer), any refund or complaint needs to be taken up with them directly, not with AKT.
