Returns will be accepted within fourteen (14) days after the date you receive your Order. The product(s) must be in their original condition, unopened and as new.

We offer free returns for all UK & US orders.

With any International Orders the cost of return with fall with the purchaser.

Returns are only accepted on the Discovery Set if returned as a full set, unopened, and in new condition.

*If you purchased our products from a 3rd party (i.e. a retailer) your complaints/ applications for a refund must be taken up with them directly, and not AKT. 

Please contact our Front of House team via our contact form and select 'Return' from the dropdown as the subject. Make sure you include your order number and reason for the return in the contact form message.
