When can I expect my refund from a return?Updated 2 months ago

Once a return has been handed to the courier, this can take up to 2 weeks to arrive and be checked in at our fulfilment centre. 

If the product(s) are in their original as new condition our Front of House team will be in touch to confirm a refund has been processed. 

All return refunds are done in batches. These are carried out every Monday (Tuesday if there is a bank holiday). 

If it has been more than 2 weeks and you have not heard anything about your return, please contact us here and select 'Return' as the subject from the drop down. To help our team, please attach your proof of the return to the contact form.
