You can view and track your order by logging into your account here.
Make sure you have searched your promotional, junk, and spam folders in case our emails have been filtered into there.
If you are still not having any luck finding it, please reach out to us here and select 'Order Status' from the subject dropdown. Our Front of House team will then be in touch to resolve this for you.
