This round is being offered through something called a ‘convertible note’. You invest an amount, and that will be converted into shares when a Series B happens with an institutional investor. We aim to finalise a series B round this year, although we can’t guarantee that at this point. The company will be valued at the Series B in mutual agreement with the lead investor, which will determine the price of your shares. And of course, under the terms of the convertible note, if you invest now you will receive a 20% discount on the price of shares compared with the series B investor.
