Why is my discount code is not working?

If your discount code is not working it may be due to the code not being eligible for the items in your basket. 

Some codes may only be eligible for one time purchase orders and cannot be used with subscription products or gift boxes.

Please check the discount codes T&C's. This can be found on the email where the code was presented.

Can a discount code be applied to the order after payment?

We're unable to add any discount codes to orders retrospectively or issue refunds to offset the discount. Any discount codes wanting to be used have to be applied before payment in the checkout process. 

If you would like to reorder using the discount code contact our Customer Service team and they'll do their best to stop your order. That said, due to the fast turnaround of orders being placed and dispatched this may not always be possible.
