A: AKT London's referral program is where customers can refer their friends and family to AKT London and receive rewards for doing so. When someone uses your referral link to make a purchase, you'll receive a 15% off discount for sharing the love.

A: To sign up for the referral program, head to the Referral Page and fill out the form. You will create you unique referral link in the following step.
Q: How do I get my referral link?
A: Once you've signed up for the referral program, you'll receive a unique referral link. This link is what you'll share with your friends and family to refer them to AKT London.
Q: How do I share my referral link?
A: You can share your referral link in a variety of ways, such as via social media, email, or text message. When you share your link, be sure to let people know why you love AKT London and why you think they should check us out.
Q: What rewards do I receive for referring someone?
A: The rewards for referring someone to AKT London are 15% discount for you and a friend. For full terms and conditions, click here.
Q: When will I receive a reward for referring someone?
A: When someone uses your referral link the purchase will pass a 14-days validation period before you earn the reward. If the purchase made with your referral link is cancelled or returned within that period, the reward will be ineligible. You will be notified by email once a referred friend has purchased and when the reward has been earned or revoked.
Q: How many people can I refer to the programme?
A: There is no limit to the number of people you can refer. The more people you refer, the more rewards you can earn. Note that each reward for referring a friend is valid for 30 days.
Q: What if someone I refer doesn't use my referral link?
A: If someone you refer doesn't use your referral link, you won't receive a reward for their purchase. Make sure to encourage people to use your link when they shop.
