If you need to pause your subscription, follow these simple steps:

1. Log In: Access your account by logging in.
2. Manage Subscriptions: Click on 'Manage Subscriptions' in your account settings.
3. Select Your Subscription: Under your active subscription, click 'Manage This Subscription'.
4. Cancel Subscription: Choose 'Cancel Subscription' to begin the pause process.
5. Select Pause Option: Follow the prompts to choose your preferred pause duration.

You’ll receive an email reminder 3 days before your subscription automatically reactivates.

This is currently only available for UK subscriptions at this time.
