Key Conditions to Redeem the Rewards

This is a summary of the key conditions to redeem rewards. It does not replace the full terms & conditions of AKT London.

*Between 7th-14th February we’re running a limited-time promotion offering a 20% referral discount. Our T&C’s below still apply during this promotion with the only difference being the increase in the referral discount.*

Referrer Rewards

1. The referrer will receive 15% off their next purchase for each friend who orders for the first time.
2. Rewards will be cumulative for multiple qualifying referrals, subject to a limit.
3. Rewards will be delivered to the referrer 14 days after the referred friend's purchase, provided it is not cancelled. Referral rewards will be revoked if a refund is requested for the order.
4. The referrer will be notified by email once a referred friend has made a purchase and when the reward has been earned.
5. Referral rewards will be valid for 30 days from the date earned by the referrer.
6. Referral rewards cannot be exchanged for cash nor be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
7. The discount code provided as a referral reward is valid on all products excluding discounted product sets, namely The Discovery Set, The Bestsellers, The Principals, The Ensemble, and The Full Show.
8. The referral reward applies to both single-item purchases and on one subscription (excluding The Starter Set and The Discovery Set). Customers purchasing a subscription will receive an additional 15% off the subscription price. Note that the reward coupon code can only be applied to one active subscription. 9. The referrer must be over the age of 18.
10. There are limits on the number and frequency of referrals that can be made by any single referrer. Rewards may not be given if these limits are exceeded.
11. AKT London reserves the right to refuse to issue any reward to the referrer at any time.
12. AKT London reserves the right to make changes to the offer without prior notice.
    
    

Referred Friend Requirements

1. The Referred friend is offered 15% off when they place their first order.
2. The coupon is valid for 30 days from the point of issue to the referred friend.
3. In order to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer of AKT London and over the age of 18.
4. Referred friend rewards cannot be exchanged for cash nor be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
5. The friend discount code is valid on all products excluding discounted product sets, namely The Discovery Set, The Bestsellers, The Principals, The Ensemble, and The Full Show.
